What is Winter Guard?
Winter Guard is an indoor color guard sport and performance art derived from military ceremonies. Modern winter guard is a competitive, performance-based activity which incorporates choreographed staging, dance, and manipulation of equipment such as flags, rifles, and sabers.
Do you need any experience? No experience is required to join the color guard! We will teach you everything you need to know about color guard and how to be a successful member! Backgrounds in dance, cheer, theater or any performing group are always helpful but not required in any way!
